Applying onlineTo apply to study at Monash University, first read through the step-by-step guide, as this outlines how to use the applicant portal and provides links to the other important web-pages you will need to access in order to find out about: • the courses you are interested in studying • the specific entry requirements for each course • the documentation you will need to provide with your application • additional documentation required for international applicants. Following the step-by-step guideThe step-by-step guide will provide you with simple instructions about the steps involved in applying via the Applicant Portal. The guide also includes sample pop up screens to assist you in understanding the process and steps involved in completing your online application. When you have read through the step-by-step guide and have all your paperwork ready to be uploaded to the applicant portal, you can apply online. It will take about 15 - 20 minutes to apply online if you have all your documentation and information ready. Once you have applied online, you can track the progress of your application by logging back into the applicant portal.
Internet connection trouble?Online applications via the applicant portal are able to be processed more swiftly than applications received by mail or email. However, if you are experiencing internet connection problems when applying online, you can download an application form and mail or email this with the relevant documentation: Domestic Application Forms
Domestic applicants should send the completed form and all support documents to the address shown on the first page of the application form International Application Forms
If you are an international applicant send your completed application form with all your documents and a cheque for AUD$100 (or credit card details) to the Office of Future Students via email Adm-documents@monash.edu or post to: 871 Dandenong Road, Caulfield East, Victoria. 3145. Australia.
