Meditation Sessions Clayton Campus
WEEKLY MINDFULNESS SESSIONS
Our regular weekly mindfulness session are held on Wednesday and run for 30 minutes. The techniques we practise are used to develop mindfulness. Many of our participants have found that 30 minutes of meditation at lunchtime significantly enhance their relaxation and concentration in the workplace. This program is free and both students and staff are very welcome.
