All students should note that the WES is closed between Tuesday 23 December 2008 to Tuesday 6 January 2009 inclusive.

If you do not use WES for more than 20 minutes after you have loggged in then your WES activity session will be automatically disconnected (ie. there is a 20 minute inactivity timeout period ). This inactivity timeout assists in ensuring the security of your student information. Consequently you willl have to fully log back into WES to undertake any further WES enquiries or transactions. The time provided should be enough to read all necessary inforrmation and conduct any admininstrative transactions (eg. Address, Enrolment Questionnaire).

Note: If you have made any changes to your unit enrolment without submitting your changes, WES will conveniently keep a cached copy of your unit searches for 60 minutes. Therefore, if you return to WES within 60 minutes, you will not need to re-enter any unit searches made previously.

We strongly recommend that you undertake investigation into your unit selection for enrolment prior to logging onto WES. This will enable you to process your unit selection quickly.
