WES Unit Amendment/Variation Dates

WES is closed from 18 Dec 2009 to 6 January 2010 (inclusive).

After an initial enrolment or re-enrolment has been made students can add or discontinue units via WES subject to the following dates.

Adding units

Off-campus (distance education) units

Last day to add semester one units = 12 Feb 2010
Last day to add semester two units = 2 July 2010

On-campus units

Last day to add semester one units = 12 March 2010
Last day to add semester two units = 30 July 2010

Discontinuing units

The discontinuation date is the last day you can use WES to discontinue. You can still discontinue after these dates by submitting a hardcopy Enrolment Amendment Form at your faculty. Please note the different penalties by checking the principal dates and unit discontinuation penalties documents.

Semester one units = 2 May 2010
Semester two units = 19 Sept 2010
