Role of Committee Secretaries

Monash has a range of Committees operating at different levels and for different purposes.  Committees are dependent on the provision of effective support by their secretaries.  The primary responsibility of the secretary is to manage the business of the committee – that may include maintaining membership lists, organising meetings, preparing agendas, and writing minutes and reports/papers.
