Terms of Reference

Developing in consultation with other interested parties, university policy relating to child care services and facilities.  Monitoring, in consultation with child care centres, the demand for services (from both users and non-users), the utilisation of services and the quality of services.  Following appropriate consultation with interested parties, making recommendations and providing advice to relevant bodies in relation to the provision of child care services and funding options.  Annually receiving the child care centres' budgets and fee levels and receiving audited annual financial reports.  Reviewing its composition and terms of reference after 12 months of operation.
