Learning and Teaching Committee (LTC)

A Standing Committee of Education Committee

Terms of Reference

The role of the Learning and Teaching Committee is to:

  1. Contribute to the development, implementation and review of the Monash Passport.
  2. Enhance learning and teaching, monitor and advise Education Committee on the learning and teaching environment, including developments in educational technology and its use by the University.
  3. Analyse student evaluations and surveys (including Unit Evaluations and the Monash Experience Questionnaire) and explore ideas for improvement.
  4. Consider and report on any matter referred to it by Education Committee or the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education).
  5. Recommend to the Education Committee the establishment of working groups as necessary with defined objectives, tasks and timelines.
