Orientation Subcommittee
Subcommittee reporting to Education Committee via Transition Policy and Planning Subcommittee
Terms of Reference
Plan and implement the orientation program for the university
- Coordinate and establish broad guidelines for the university's overall Orientation program for commencing students
- Oversee the production and distribution processes of university-wide promotion and publicity for Orientation
- Coordinate the special projects funding process across the Monash network, promoting successful innovative ideas
- Monitor campus-specific activities, through reports from the individual Campus Orientation Committees
- Encourage university-wide participation in the organisation of the Orientation program.
The Orientation Subcommittee shall meet at least five times per calendar year. It will provide an annual report to the Transition Policy and Planning subcommittee as a contribution to the TPPC annual report to the Education Committee.
