HP RM/TRIM Access Forms

Important Notes
  • Once the details are complete, all forms must be printed and signed by the applicant, manager and/or nominated authoriser.
  • Submit a HP RM/TRIM Access Form only after all authorisations are obtained.
  • Digital or electronic signatures are not acceptable.
  • Submissions cannot be processed in bulk - one form requires individual submission to Service Desk Online. Do not attach multiple forms to the same request. This point is important for customer allocation and HP RM/TRIM deployment to individual PCs.
  • All applications must be submitted via Service Desk Online.

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - General (doc, 242kb)

  • This form is for staff requiring access to central administrative records as well as specific business unit or faculty administrative records.
  • HP RM/TRIM training must be undertaken either before or in conjunction with completing and submitting this form.
  • A number of authorisations are required depending on which records are nominated.
  • It is important that applicants clearly indicate the types of records required to be accessed or created and seek business owner approval if required.

  • eSolutions: local manager authorisation only required

  • Central Files access: local manager authorisation only required

Faculty nominated authoriser:

  • Faculty of Arts: Bronwyn Shields, Faculty Manager
  • Faculty of Business and Economics: Margaret Murphy, Faculty Manager
  • Faculty of Education: Peter Lawford, Faculty Manager
  • Faculty of Law: Faculty Manager
  • Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences: Faculty Manager
  • Central Files access: local manager authorisation only required

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - Examination papers (doc, 235kb)

  • This form is for staff requiring access to examination records in HP RM/TRIM.
  • Submission of this form is normally followed by a training session conducted by Examination Services.
  • There are two authorisations required, local manager and business owner.

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - HR Staff files (doc, 237kb)

  • This form is for staff requiring access to employee records in HP RM/TRIM.
  • HP RM/TRIM training must be undertaken either before or in conjunction with completing and submitting this form.
  • There are two authorisations required, local manager and business owner.

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - Research records (doc, 245kb)

  • This form is for staff requiring access to research records - electronic research grants and contracts.
  • HP RM/TRIM training must be undertaken either before or in conjunction with completing and submitting this form.
  • There are two authorisations required, local manager and business owner.
  • It is important that applicants clearly indicate their position/role type to enable appropriate security classification.

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - Student files (docx, 62kb)

  • This form is for staff who want to access student files or create student records in HP RM/TRIM.
  • The form incorporates local manager authorisation, a Non Callista User Agreement as well as the requirement for authorisation from a Callista signatory for all non Callista users.
  • HP RM/TRIM training must be undertaken either before or in conjunction with completing and submitting this form.
  • Guidelines for employing students with access to student records are also available within the form.

HP RM/TRIM Access Form - Gateway records (doc, 245kb)

  • This form is for staff who want to access student files or create student records in HP RM/TRIM via the HP RM/TRIM Gateway.
  • Applicants are required to identify the system used to access or create records, the types of records being accessed or created and the level of access.
