Monash Gippsland – South Gippsland Shire/ Bass Coast Shire Bursary

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a commencing student intending to enrol full-time in an approved on-campus undergraduate degree* at the Monash Gippsland campus, and
• a resident of, and have attended a school within, South Gippsland Shire or Bass Coast Shire, and 
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity and personal disadvantage groups

* Does not include students in the graduate entry medical degree.

Selection criteria

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need. Further consideration will be given to students based on ENTER score or equivalent.

Value

$3000 per annum for one year only.

Recipients must maintain a full-time on-campus enrolment and a minimum of a pass weighted average mark (50 per cent).
