Monash Gippsland Campus Encouragement Bursaries

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a commencing student intending to enrol full-time in an approved on-campus undergraduate degree* at the Monash Gippsland campus, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

* Graduate entry Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery students are not eligible.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on a combination of ATAR score or equivalent and need.

Value and number available

$1000 one-off payment. Eight bursaries are available.

Deferability

This bursary cannot be deferred.
