Faculty of IT Indigenous Study Support Bursary

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Indigenous Australian, and
• a commencing or continuing student in an undergraduate or graduate/postgraduate (coursework) course within the Faculty of Information Technology at a Monash Campus in Australia, and
• from one or more of Monash University’s defined equity or personal disadvantage groups.

Selection criteria

Awarded to eligible students on the basis of need. Where possible, one bursary will be awarded to an undergraduate student and one to a postgraduate student.

Value and number available

$3000 per 48 credit points of study, for the minimum number of credit points required to complete the degree. Two scholarships are available.

Retention

Students must maintain a satisfactory academic performance as determined by the Faculty of Information Technology.

Deferability

This bursary can be deferred.
