Mabel Kent Scholarship

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a commencing or continuing Monash undergraduate student enrolled or intending to enrol full-time in the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery at a Monash campus in Australia, and
• able to demonstrate financial disadvantage.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students based on a combination of academic achievement and need. Eligible Year 12 students must have achieved an ENTER score or equivalent of at least 95.00. Continuing students are selected based on academic achievement in their current course of study with a minimum of a high distinction weighted average mark (80 per cent).
