Monash Residential Services Undergraduate Merit Scholarships

Eligibility

To be eligible, you must be:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa, and
• a current undergraduate full-time student enrolled at a Monash campus in Australia, and
• a resident with Monash Residential Services at any Monash campus in Australia in 2009 for at least six months, and
• a resident with Monash Residential Services at any Monash campus in Australia in 2010.

Selection criteria

Awarded to the highest achieving eligible students (one from each Monash faculty) based on academic achievement in the previous academic year.

$1000 payable as ten $100 monthly rebates paid to your Monash Residential Services account for one year only.

Retention

Recipients must be a current resident in Monash Residential Services, maintain full-time enrolment and a minimum of a pass weighted average mark (50 per cent). Students must not be in breach of any current Monash Residential Services – Conditions of Residency.
