About the ICT project

In April 2007, the University Vice Chancellors Group agreed to commence design and implementation of a new Shared Services model for ICT at Monash.

The Strategy and Resources Committee (SRC, including the Vice Chancellors Group and the Deans) agreed that it should be the Steering group for the project.

The SRC established a Project Governance framework , and debated and agreed a set of Project Objectives.

The Project Management Group recommended the appointment of consultants, KPMG, to assist the University carry out the evaluation, design and implementation of a new model for Shared Services in ICT.
