Senior Women's Forum - Women's Leadership and Advancement SchemeForum AimsThe Senior Women's Forum (SWF) was established in 1998 to support women in senior and leadership roles at Monash University. The aims of the forum are:
EligibilityAll female staff at Academic Level D and above (Reader/Associate Professor) and HEW Level 10 and above are automatic members of the SWF. As many of the SWF functions may be of relevance to women currently not at senior levels but engaged in managerial and supervisory activities, SWF members are encouraged to invite interested colleagues along to specific events. ActivitiesActivities are advertised through email to all female staff at Level D and above, and HEW Level 10 and above. Newly Promoted or New to the University?If you have recently been promoted or are new to the University, please contact the Coordinator of the Women's Leadership & Advancement Scheme, Barbara Dalton by email at Barbara.Dalton@adm.monash.edu.au so that your name can be placed on the SWF email list.
