University-wide Review of Staff Development - Terms of Reference

1. Map current staff development activities provided at Monash for academic and general staff.
2. Examine how staff development activities are reported and recommend improvements.
3. Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Identify best practice elements of learning and development frameworks and recommend a preferred model for Monash University.
5. Examine the extent of alignment with Monash Directions and recommend strategies for greater alignment.
