Customised learning solutions
Staff Development provide professional advice and identify learning and development needs and determine suitable options. Customised learning solutions (CLS's) are available to all department teams and individuals. Fee for service options may include:
- Customised programs for work teams and departments
- Facilitation of departmental residential and strategic planning days
- Engagement of appropriate external facilitators recommended as experienced in higher education and familiar with the Monash culture
- Individual coaching and mentoring
