Overview

A common timewaster and energy drainer within departments is unresolved conflict. This program will incorporate current theory and strategies that aim to assist us to constructively manage conflict. The program aims to be as practical as possible and will deal with real life examples.

Intended Outcomes

Participants will gain new knowledge regarding:

  • Theoretical concepts of conflict resolutions
  • Awareness of own typical reactions and difficulties with threatened or real conflict
  • Responding constructively rather than reactively

Learning Approach

This workshop will be interactive with opportunities to discuss, learn and practise in a non-threatening environment.
