OverviewThis program has been designed to assist supervisors and managers of general staff to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to deal effectively with unsatisfactory performance and behaviour. The program will address:
Course ContentThe program will provide opportunities for participants to raise issues of interest and/or concern for discussion and clarification. Practical case studies will be used to underpin the knowledge and skills that are referred to throughout the program. The program will include:
. HandoutsThe program will be based on a Handbook titled ‘General Staff – Managing poor performance’, produced by Human Resources Division. A copy of the Handbook will be provided to all participants. |
