Level 1/2 program:Suitable for staff with limited experience, for staff wishing to refresh their skills or for more experienced staff.

Overview

This Two day program is aimed at staff involved in the recruitment process. It will offer participants the opportunity to examine some of the issues associated with staff selection and introduce them to selection methodologies.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants' names will be added to the Monash web site list of trained staff selectors http://www.adm.monash.edu.au/staff-development/ws/ssi/secure/list-train.xls  This website list will only be accessible to Monash University staff members.

Learning Approach

The program is focused on active participation of members, with a major syndicate project/case study. This will be co-ordinated with a number of presentations by staff with specific expertise in recruitment according to Monash policy and procedures.
