Level 1 program:Suitable for staff who are new to Monash, who have limited experience in the area or who wish to refresh their skills.

Overview

The role of the committee secretary is especially significant at Monash given the importance and number of committees that operate throughout the university. This is an opportunity to obtain targeted instruction on the role of the committee secretary, ask all those difficult questions you've wanted to, find out how to present committee documents in an acceptable format and obtain advice on making the role manageable and enjoyable.

Intended Outcomes

Increased confidence and skills needed to tackle an important but sometimes underestimated task within central administration and the faculties.
