What faculty editors are required to submit

Faculty editors are required to SUBMIT BY 27 JULY (see Schedule ) all files requested as follows:

  • an up-to-date excel ‘tracking sheet’ indicating all files submitted and the relevant course code/title etc
  • F aculty information section file/s
  • individual Areas of study /discipline files (where relevant)
  • one file for each approved* course.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. All editing changes must be marked up in track change mode.
  2. Courses must have been approved, as appropriate by the faculty or the university.
  3. Files must be the FINAL VERSION APPROVED FOR PUBLICATION - submitted files must not be working documents or drafts.

New course entries

Where an entry needs to be created for a new course:

Important caution re: Office 2007/Vista

Files must NOT be submitted as .docx which is frequently the default format for Word in Office 2007. All files must be .doc files saved below Office 2007.
