    Instructions on how to find what courses contain a given unit / keyword

    In the search box on the Monash home page type the following:

    • site:www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/ intext:[insert unit code or keyword]

    This will return all instances of pages with the relevant term that are within the Handbook.

    EXAMPLES:

    • site:www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/ intext:VIS1112
    • site:www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/ intext:anthropology

    NOTE: The search often includes (on the last page of the returned results) the following text:

    "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 36 already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

    ...with the phrase "repeat the search with the omitted results included" as a link - you should click this link to show all results.
