Separate arrangements apply for research masters and doctoral proposals. * In exceptional circumstances, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Education) may approve the publication of a course entry in the Handbook prior to its formal approval. Faculty-level approvalsAll new and amended units (except cross-listed and Passport units), and course amendments that are not categorised as 'major amendments' are approved by faculties using the relevant faculty-level procedures approved by the dean.
