Security officers will refuse entry to the University after normal hours if a valid ID card cannot be produced on demand. Staff ID cards remain valid until recalled unless there is an expiry date printed on the card. If an expiry date has been reached, it may be extended by an officer of the Human Resources Division. All persons must return their ID cards to Human Resources Division when their employment or other business with the University ceases.
