Materials group/code and GL account
To track the rate of activity with the endorsed suppliers, new codes have been established which are to be used for payment of invoices. The suppliers have been advised to include the relevant codes on their invoices. However, in case this does not occur the following codes are to be included:
1. Materials Group Code
Materials Group to be used for this service is
- Recruitment Services – 9750
This should be followed by the corresponding material code and GL code.
