Higher Duties Allowance (Drivers)

Notwithstanding clause 79.2 of the Monash University Enterprise Agreement (Academic and Professional Staff) 2009 and the higher duties allowance provisions of any relevant AWA Terms and Benefits Policy, Drivers who commenced employment with the university prior to 22 November 2005 are eligible for payment of a higher duties allowance where the period of acting service in the higher position is continuous for a period of five consecutive working days or more.

Otherwise Drivers are subject to the same higher duties allowance provisions as other professional staff members.
